Our Classes

Barre

Barre classes focus on your core and lower body. It helps increase your strength and flexibility from the ankles up through your calves, knees, thighs, glutes and abdominals. The barre is used as a prop to assist your balance while completing exercises that include elements of pilates, dance, yoga and functional training.

Steady and Strong

A class for older adults who are looking to develop better balance and enhance strength for daily living. There is no floor work in this class. All exercises can be performed with the support of the barre.

Energizing Morning Flow

We will ease into our day with centering poses to help connect our breath and body.
We will transition to sun salutations and standing balance poses to build energy while also cultivating calm and focus.
We will close our practice with grounding poses and a final relaxation.
All levels welcomed.

Piyo

PiYo is a low-impact, high-intensity class. It uses the most effective pilates and yoga inspired moves set to a fast pace to help burn fat and sculpt long, lean muscles. Carve every inch of the body without jumps, weights, or strained joints.

Tone and Strengthen

Challange yourself in this total body workout by using all muscle groups and utilizing different equipment to strengthen each muscle group. Low Impact. Great for beginners or for someone who is getting back to working out.

Power Flow

Power yoga is a hybrid form of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance.


Core and More

Build your core strength and build your butt and legs in 30 minutes using bands and light weights to a fun choreographed class.

VinYin Yoga

This class is 2 styles of yoga, paired together to complement one another.
The class starts with Vinyasa flow which is meant to challenge you and get your heart rate up. These poses are held for short periods of time.
The second part of class is Yin yoga which consists of gentle, supported poses held for 3-5 minutes. The concept is for passive stretching to relieve tension in the muscle fascia.
